Who are the teaching team?

Our teaching team is made up of people specifically selected and trained for the role. All teachers have undergone extensive training with me, involving weeks of teacher training sessions, in-workshop training and exam content training; they are true experts.

Our teachers continue to receive ongoing training, just as school teachers do, to ensure we all continue to hone our skills and adapt to changes in exam content. Furthermore, they are never required to teach content they haven’t seen before. Good teaching happens when the teacher knows what they’re doing, knows what tricks are coming, and has already solved the problems themselves so they are familiar with the potential hurdles.

We dedicate an enormous amount of time to training our team because we believe there is an effective way of teaching Reasoning, that we have developed over years of specialising in Reasoning. It is of the utmost importance to us that every child taught by Entwine Education gets the same benefit, regardless of the teacher.
