Entwine Education
Entwine Education was founded by Natasha Twine. She is a member of Mensa, having scored in the 99th percentile on the Cattell Culture Fair Intelligence Test.
Entwine Education specialise in teaching reasoning for entrance exams, however, there is much more to reasoning than exams. Reasoning is one of the most valuable skills your child will learn during their school years; a skill that will be useful to them long after they have completed their entrance exams.
The Entwine approach to reasoning is to develop the student’s fundamental understanding of how to deduce a conclusion from a selection of information. A methodical approach is critical to successful pattern recognition, so whether your child struggles to process patterns, or is a natural pro, we refuse to sit back and accept a random approach. The focus is on teaching skills that arm our students with tools to tackle any scenario they come across.
Our goal is that the children we work with develop skills for all types of reasoning; Vocabulary, Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, and Spatial Reasoning. What they learn will also help them in Maths and English, along with a wealth of other experiences they face in life.
Ultimately, Natasha’s approach to reasoning is that it is a fundamental cognitive skill that should be developed and honed, regardless of what exams your child may or may not sit, and that is the guiding principle of all that we do at Entwine Education.
